FREE SURF LESSONS IN CAMPECHE: "Surf for All" Social Project

Surf for Everyone

We believe that surfing is transformative and that everyone deserves to experience it. With this purpose, the “Surf for Everyone” Social Project was created, idealized by Coach Peterson Boeira, who knows firsthand the challenges faced by those who dream of surfing but lack the financial means.
 

At the age of 12, Peterson traded a T-shirt for his first surfboard — the beginning of his journey in surfing. Today, as a certified coach and surfer, he gives back to the community the opportunity he once didn’t have, firmly believing that inclusion leads to transformation.

The project offers free surf lessons to people with limited income, focusing on:

✅ Promoting surf culture
 

More than teaching people how to surf, we aim to open doors and use surfing as a tool for social transformation.​

Do you dream of surfing but can't afford lessons?

This opportunity could be yours!


✅ Who can participate:

  • Individuals with limited income who cannot afford regular surfing fees.

  • Willing to participate regularly, without absences, and with commitment.


✅ About the job openings:

  • There will be a total of 6 openings, one per month, from May to October 2026.

  • Each spot includes 1 month of free classes (4 classes/month).

  • The days and times of the classes will depend on the school's availability and will be communicated to the selected candidate beforehand.

  • Frequency: 1 class per week.

  • Absences without prior notice or justification will result in disqualification, opening the position for a new selection process.


✅ Selection criteria:

  • A genuine interest in surfing.

  • Commitment to weekly class attendance.

  • A genuine financial need.


✅ Selection:

  • The selected student will be notified privately, without public disclosure (if they so wish), and will have access to the classes on an equal footing with other students.
