    Training sessions are led by Coach Peterson Boeira, a Physical Education graduate, authorized by the Florianópolis City Hall, and registered with CREF/SC.

1. How does physical training help surfers improve?
Physical training enhances mobility, strength, balance, and endurance, preparing the body for the demands of surfing. Workouts include sequences of exercises that challenge the body through full, integrated movements, developing power, functional strength, agility, coordination, and stability—essential for paddling efficiently, standing up on the board, and performing maneuvers with control and fluidity.

2. What goals can I achieve with this training?
Key goals include physical conditioning, weight loss, muscle gain, improved posture, mobility, quality of life, and surf-specific physical preparation.

3. What is included in the training session?
The coach brings all necessary equipment, designs a complete workout, guides the correct execution of movements, and makes adjustments during the session to maximize your results safely.

4. How long does each session last?
Each session lasts 60 minutes.

5. Do you work with people who have restrictions or are post-surgery?
Yes. Training is specialized for individuals with physical restrictions, post-operative recovery, movement limitations, and special needs, with safe and progressive adaptations.

6. How do the plans work?
You can choose between single-session packages or monthly plans.
Sessions are scheduled according to your routine and preferred location: beach, park, hotel, gym, or your home.


7. Can I train with a partner?
Yes! We offer individual or partner sessions, ensuring personalized attention and quality guidance for both participants.

8. Are training sessions held on rainy days?
Yes, as long as a covered location is available (garage, balcony, hotel, gym, condominium, etc.).
